Friday Afternoon: Dead Sea. Floating at the dead sea is both fun and therapeutic. You wouldn’t expect the water to be so oily. Cover your entire body with the muds from the bottom of dead sea is also a therapeutic experience.

Riding through Petra on a horse makes me feel like Indiana Jones in action or maybe Carmen Diego?

Saturday Night: Petra by Night. Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday night, starts at 830pm and ends 1030pm. It’s an outerworldy exprience: you will get to walk the entire Siq to the Treasury and Petra is glowing at night lit with over 1,500 candles.

Sunday: Wadi Rum.

Roadtripping across the Wadi Rum is the kind of the adventure you will remember for the rest of your life. I met two backpackers from Poland and I invited them to join me on the road trip. By the time we got to Wadi Rum, we ended up picking up another two backpackers from Poland. Driving in the sands is more dangerous than you think. It’s so slippery that the brake doesn’t really work when it’s going downhill. My fellow passengers commented “you can use the brake sometimes you know” and I responded “I’m pressing the brake the entire time but it’s not working”. Thank goodness there was no car around within eyesight. But we did see some tires half buried in the sand.
